  • This varies for everyone but generally most clients start to notice a change with consistent training sessions within the first few months. If you are newer to training, you may notice a more significant change in your strength in the first few sessions. Age, genetics, overall health and medical conditions all play into the rate of change but at the end of the day, the most important factor is consistency- and with consistency, I know you'll feel stronger.
