“After my 65th birthday, I seriously began to worry about how I would manage living alone if that came to pass. Lifting boxes, unscrewing tight jars, that sort of thing had become ordeals. So I sought out a trainer who works with older people and who would not be yelling at me to push harder, like the kind of trainers you see on television, but who would be compassionate about and attentive to my aging and flabby body.  I feel so lucky to have found Mary. She exceeds the recommendations I saw through an online network. She doesn’t go light, but she pays attention to pains and injuries and works around them to provide a workout that is both strengthening and loosening.
