Small Group Training

Designed exclusively for a group of 3-4 adults over the age of 50, these twice a week group training sessions offer a blend of personalized attention and the motivational benefits of a supportive group!

These sessions are programmed as 45-minute circuit style strength training sessions that are built to challenge you while also having some fun and laughs along the way. 

I love to see how these small groups support each other in their training and celebrate each other on the way to their goals. Strength training in a small group setting can be really impactful for a few reasons:

  • Social support- groups offer a sense of community and camaraderie. Together you’ll share the experience of tough challenges (hello planks!) making your workouts really fun and encouraging. 

  • Accountability- working out in a group creates a built-in support system. You’ll be more likely to stick with your fitness routine when you know others are counting on you to show up and give your best effort!

  • Personal attention- though workouts are not individualized like they are with my 1-1 training, I will still ensure you are moving and executing exercises safely and effectively

Comprehensive Intake

Before starting in a group, I really want to get to know you and your needs. You’ll fill out a questionnaire and review current levels of strength, mobility and activity. 

Circuit Style Programming and Twice Weekly Workouts

After setting clear, achievable goals, I’ll create programming that honors exactly where you are at and takes care to ensure your safety. Together, we’ll meet for weekly 55-minute training sessions, track your progress and ensure you’re on a path to success!

Safe and Effective Workouts

Ensuring your safety and minimizing injury risk is always my top priority. In a small group setting, I will still be sure to monitor your form and provide feedback
